Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kori Sellz. After your payment is confirmed, your order begins processing.

Processing Time

Orders usually process within 1-5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 8-23 business days after processing. Some Kori Sellz items ship from overseas suppliers, including suppliers located outside of the United States, so delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier processing, customs, shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other unexpected delays.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is $5.50 for eligible orders shipped within the United States. Shipping cost will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be available once the supplier or shipping carrier provides it. You can use the Track Order page on our website to check updates when tracking becomes available.

Tracking Delays

Tracking may not update right away. In some cases, tracking will not show movement until the package reaches a carrier facility, clears customs, or is scanned by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Kori Sellz is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@korisellz.com. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has started processing or has been sent to the supplier.
