Because many products are fulfilled through suppliers, return eligibility may depend on the product condition, supplier rules, and timing of the request.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for incorrect addresses, buyer’s remorse after fulfillment has started, normal shipping delays, or products damaged after delivery.
