How long does shipping take?

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 8-23 business days after processing. Some Kori Sellz items ship from overseas suppliers, including suppliers located outside of the United States, so delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier processing, customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other unexpected delays.

How long does processing take?

Orders usually process within 1-5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $5.50 for eligible orders shipped within the United States. The shipping cost will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Where do your products ship from?

Some products may ship from overseas suppliers. This allows Kori Sellz to offer trending products at affordable prices.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided once it becomes available from the supplier or shipping carrier. You can use the Track Order page on our website to check updates.

Why does tracking not show right away?

Tracking may take a few business days to update after your order is processed. In some cases, tracking will not show movement until the package reaches a carrier facility, clears customs, or is scanned by the shipping carrier.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the order has already been processed or sent to the supplier, we may not be able to cancel it.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at support@korisellz.com. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has started processing.

Do you accept returns?

Please review our Refund Policy for return and refund details. Because some items ship directly from suppliers, returns must be approved before anything is sent back.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure card payments through Stripe. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and Stripe checkout options.
